1. Introduction

Welcome to Unlimited AI.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website unlimitedai.org, the Unlimited AI mobile application, and related AI chatbot, image analysis, voice input, sharing, subscription, and support features (together, the “Service”).

The Service is operated by Unlimited AI (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and, where applicable to a paid purchase, our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or applicable policies, you must not use or purchase the Service.

Unlimited AI is an independent AI assistant platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, ChatGPT, Google, Gemini, Anthropic, Claude, Perplexity, or any other AI provider. All third-party names, trademarks, logos, and product names belong to their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority in your country or region, you may use the Service only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Paid Purchases

To purchase a paid subscription or other paid service, you must be legally capable of entering into a binding purchase agreement in your country or region. If you are under the applicable age of majority, a parent or legal guardian must make or authorize the purchase as permitted by applicable law and the relevant payment provider.

You must not use the Service if you are legally prohibited from using it under applicable laws.

3. Description of the Service

Unlimited AI provides AI-powered tools and features that may include:

• AI chat assistance
• Text generation and rewriting
• Brainstorming and productivity support
• Coding assistance
• Image upload and AI image analysis
• Voice input features
• Public sharing features
• Mobile app access
• Optional paid subscriptions providing higher usage allowances, advanced features, ad-free access, or other benefits described on our Pricing page
• Other AI-related tools and features added from time to time
• AI image generation
• AI music generation, including vocal songs and instrumental music
• AI video generation, including text-to-video and image-to-video generation
• Saved generated-music history for registered users
• Saved generated-video history for registered users
• Downloading generated images, music, and videos where supported
• User account registration and sign-in
• Saved conversation history for registered users
• Saved generated-image history for registered users
• Account-management and self-service deletion features
• Third-party sign-in options, such as Sign in with Google

The specific features, usage allowances, prices, and benefits included in a paid plan are those displayed on the applicable Pricing or checkout page at the time of purchase.

The name “Unlimited AI” is the name of the Service and does not mean that every feature, AI model, generation tool, or paid plan provides unlimited usage. Paid features may be subject to daily, monthly, technical, fair-use, or other usage limits disclosed on the Service.

Some features may depend on third-party AI providers, hosting providers, app stores, payment processors, analytics providers, security services, advertising services, or other service providers.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

4. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information.

5. Accounts, Authentication, and Account Security

Some features of Unlimited AI may be available without an account, while other features may require or benefit from a registered account.

When creating or using an account, you agree to provide accurate and current information and to keep your account information reasonably up to date.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, password, devices, and other authentication credentials. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless otherwise required by applicable law.

You must not:

• Create an account using false or misleading information
• Impersonate another person or organization
• Access another user’s account without permission
• Share, sell, transfer, or misuse account credentials
• Attempt to bypass account, usage, security, or access restrictions

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should contact us as soon as possible.

Third-Party Sign-In

Unlimited AI may allow you to create or access an account using a third-party authentication provider, such as Google.

When you use a third-party sign-in provider, your use of that authentication service may also be subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

Unlimited AI does not require you to provide your third-party account password directly to us when authentication is handled by the third-party provider.

Account History

Registered users may have access to account-based features such as saved AI conversations and saved generated-image history.

Saved-history features are provided for convenience and may be subject to technical, storage, security, or service limits.

Account Deletion

Registered users may be able to permanently delete their Unlimited AI account through the account dashboard.

Account deletion may remove the user’s active account, saved chat history, saved generated-image history, and other account-associated information from the active Service.

Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible. You are responsible for keeping your own copy of any content you wish to retain before deleting your account.

Certain information may still be retained where reasonably necessary or required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

Active Subscriptions and Account Deletion

If you have an active paid subscription, deleting your Unlimited AI account may not automatically cancel an externally managed recurring subscription unless the account-deletion process expressly confirms that the subscription has also been cancelled.

Customers should cancel an active subscription through the applicable billing or subscription-management portal before deleting their Unlimited AI account.

Where technically supported, Unlimited AI may require an active paid subscription to be cancelled before permanent account deletion can be completed.

Certain transaction, billing, refund, fraud-prevention, and dispute records may remain after account deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. User Content

The Service may allow you to submit, upload, share, store, or generate content, including prompts, messages, conversations, text, code, uploaded images, AI-generated images, voice input, AI-generated responses, feedback, support requests, and shared conversations (“User Content”).

You are responsible for your User Content and for how you use AI-generated output.

You are also responsible for deciding whether to save, download, share, publish, or otherwise use AI-generated images or other AI-generated content.

You confirm that you have the necessary rights to submit, upload, share, or use any User Content you provide to the Service.

You must not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, confidential without permission, or otherwise violates these Terms.

AI Music and Video Inputs

User Content may also include:

• Music-generation prompts
• Music style descriptions
• User-provided lyrics
• Video-generation prompts
• Images uploaded for image-to-video generation
• Other files, instructions, or settings submitted for media generation
• AI-generated music, audio, and video files

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to submit any lyrics, images, text, media, or other content used with the AI music or video generation features.

Do not upload copyrighted, private, confidential, or third-party material unless you have the legal right or permission to use it.

7. License to Operate the Service

You retain ownership of your User Content, subject to any rights held by third parties.

By submitting, uploading, generating, or sharing User Content through the Service, you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and use that content only as necessary to:

• Provide and operate the Service
• Generate AI responses
• Process image analysis or voice input
• Provide sharing features
• Improve safety, reliability, and performance
• Prevent abuse, fraud, spam, and security threats
• Comply with legal obligations
• Enforce these Terms and our policies
• Store and display saved conversations in your account
• Store and display saved generated images in your account
• Provide account-history and account-management features
• Process prompts and other inputs to generate AI music
• Process prompts and uploaded reference images to generate AI videos
• Transmit necessary generation inputs to third-party AI service providers
• Temporarily process generated music and video files
• Store and display saved generated music and video in your account
• Provide downloads of generated media where supported

We use these rights only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, secure, maintain, and support the Service. This license does not transfer ownership of your original User Content to Unlimited AI.

The fact that content is stored in your account history does not transfer ownership of that content to Unlimited AI.

If you use a public sharing feature, you understand that shared content may be accessible to anyone with the link.

8. Public Sharing

The Service may include features that allow users to create public links to selected AI conversations or content.

You are responsible for any content you choose to share publicly.

Do not use sharing features to publish:

• Personal, private, sensitive, or confidential information
• Illegal or harmful content
• Hacking, cracking, malware, phishing, or credential theft content
• Copyright-infringing or pirated content
• Harassment, abuse, hate, threats, or exploitation
• Content that violates these Terms or applicable law

We may remove shared content, disable links, restrict access, or take other action if content violates these Terms, our policies, or applicable law.

9. AI-Generated Content

The Service may automatically generate AI-produced responses, text, code, images, analysis, summaries, suggestions, or other content.

AI-generated images and other outputs may contain visual, factual, technical, or contextual errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on, publishing, distributing, or commercially using it.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any AI-generated output.

The Service is provided for general informational, educational, productivity, and assistance purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional advice, including legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, engineering, or other professional advice.

You should not rely on AI-generated content for important decisions without independently verifying the information or consulting a qualified professional where appropriate.

Purchasing a paid subscription does not guarantee that any AI-generated response, image, analysis, code, or other output will produce a particular result, achieve a specific level of accuracy, or meet a user’s subjective expectations. Paid subscriptions provide access to the features and usage allowances described for the applicable plan.

AI-Generated Music and Video

AI-generated music and video may contain unexpected, inaccurate, distorted, incomplete, or unsuitable results.

Generated media may include issues such as:

• Incorrect or unnatural visual details
• Unexpected objects, people, movements, or scenes
• Audio artifacts or distorted sound
• Incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected lyrics
• Differences from the requested prompt
• Similarities to existing styles, concepts, sounds, or visual material
• Technical generation failures

You are responsible for reviewing generated music and video before downloading, publishing, distributing, monetizing, or otherwise using it.

Unlimited AI does not guarantee that generated music or video will be unique, copyrightable, commercially usable, or free from third-party claims.

10. AI-Generated Content and Reporting

Users must not use Unlimited AI to generate illegal, harmful, hateful, abusive, sexually exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited content. Users can report offensive or unsafe AI-generated content using the in-app report buttons.

We may review reports and take action to improve safety, restrict misuse, remove content, or block abusive activity.

10A. Saved Chats and Generated Media History

Registered users may be provided with saved conversation history and generated-media history.

Generated-media history may include:

• Generated images
• Generated music
• Generated videos

At the time of these Terms, Unlimited AI may retain:

• Up to the latest 20 generated images
• Up to the latest 12 generated music items
• Up to the latest 12 generated videos

When the applicable history limit is exceeded, the oldest saved item may be automatically removed when a newer item is added.

Where a generated music or video file has been copied to storage controlled by Unlimited AI, removal from history may also permanently remove the associated stored media file from our active storage.

Users may be able to delete individual saved images, music, or videos through available account controls.

Deleting saved media does not restore or refund a generation allowance that has already been used.

Saved-media history is provided for convenience and is not intended to operate as permanent cloud storage or a backup service.

Users should download and independently retain any generated media they wish to keep.

We may change media-history limits where reasonably necessary for storage, security, technical, operational, or service reasons.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, abusive, deceptive, unsafe, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not use the Service to create, request, upload, share, assist, or promote content or activity involving:

• Hacking or cracking
• Malware creation, malware distribution, or malware modification
• Phishing, credential theft, account theft, or social engineering attacks
• Unauthorized access to systems, websites, servers, devices, networks, databases, accounts, or software
• Exploits, vulnerability abuse, or instructions to bypass security controls
• Denial-of-service attacks or distributed denial-of-service attacks
• Bypassing software licenses, activation systems, paywalls, DRM, digital restrictions, or access controls
• Piracy, unauthorized APK distribution, MOD APKs, cracked software, serial keys, license keys, or illegal downloads
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of third-party content
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, deception, or misleading activity
• Spam, mass messaging, scraping, or abusive automation
• Harassment, threats, hate, abuse, or targeted intimidation
• Sexual exploitation, child exploitation, or content involving minors in unsafe or inappropriate contexts
• Self-harm encouragement or instructions for physical harm
• Illegal weapons, illegal drugs, or other unlawful activities
• Attempts to manipulate ratings, reviews, traffic, ads, clicks, impressions, or platform systems
• Any activity that violates the rights, safety, privacy, or security of others

We may block, restrict, delete, report, or refuse content or activity that we believe violates these Terms, our safety rules, third-party provider policies, platform rules, or applicable law.

12. Technical Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Interfere with, overload, damage, or disrupt the Service
• Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated systems without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, extract, or misuse the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, security systems, access controls, subscriptions, or usage restrictions
• Introduce viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs, or harmful code
• Attempt to access non-public parts of the Service
• Misuse APIs, endpoints, prompts, or system instructions
• Use the Service in a way that may harm our infrastructure, users, partners, advertisers, or service providers

13. Mobile Application Features and Permissions

The Unlimited AI mobile application may request access to certain device features, including:

• Internet access, to connect to AI services and website features
• Microphone access, to support voice input
• Camera or storage/media access, to support image upload and AI image analysis
• Notification access, if enabled, to provide app-related alerts or updates

These permissions are used only to provide app functionality. You can manage app permissions through your device settings.

Some mobile app features may depend on your device, operating system, app version, internet connection, or third-party services.

14. Subscriptions, Payments, Billing, and Paid Features

14.1. Paid Plans

Unlimited AI may offer optional paid subscriptions, higher usage allowances, advanced AI features, ad-free access, increased storage or history features, or other paid digital services.

The features and usage allowances included in each plan will be displayed on our Pricing page or applicable checkout page.

Paid access is associated with the applicable Unlimited AI account and is intended for use by that account holder unless otherwise stated.

14.2. Pricing

Subscription prices, billing frequencies, and included features will be displayed before purchase.

Prices may be shown monthly, yearly, or using another clearly disclosed billing period.

The amount presented at checkout, together with applicable taxes or legally required charges, is the amount applicable to that purchase.

Promotional, introductory, discounted, or special prices may be subject to additional conditions disclosed when offered.

14.3. Website Payments

Purchases made through the Unlimited AI website may be processed by an authorized third-party payment processor or Merchant of Record.

The payment provider may be responsible for processing the transaction, recurring billing, payment authorization, applicable tax calculation and collection, fraud prevention, receipts, refunds, chargebacks, and other payment-related functions.

Unlimited AI does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes when payment information is submitted directly to the applicable payment provider.

14.4. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other transaction taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment provider or Merchant of Record based on the customer’s location and applicable law.

The final amount payable, including applicable taxes where required, will be displayed during checkout.

14.5. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated before purchase, recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each applicable billing period until cancelled.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your subscription for each renewal, including applicable taxes or charges, until the subscription is cancelled.

The applicable billing frequency will be displayed before checkout.

14.6. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring Unlimited AI subscription at any time using the applicable billing or subscription-management portal or by contacting us where additional assistance is required.

To prevent the next automatic renewal charge, cancellation should be completed before the next scheduled billing date.

Unless otherwise stated, cancelling a subscription stops future renewals but does not immediately terminate access that has already been paid for.

14.7. Access After Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated for a particular plan, after cancellation you may continue using the paid subscription features until the end of the current paid billing period.

After that period ends, paid features may be disabled and your account may return to the applicable free access level.

Unused usage allowances, generation allowances, or similar benefits normally expire when the applicable subscription or usage period ends and do not have cash value.

14.8. Refunds

Refunds and cancellation-related refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be processed through the payment provider and original payment method associated with the transaction.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, payment method, bank, or card issuer.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or consumer rights that apply under applicable law.

14.9. Failed Payments

If a recurring payment fails, the payment provider may retry the transaction or request that the customer update their payment information.

Paid access may be restricted, suspended, or returned to the free access level if payment remains unsuccessful.

We are not responsible for fees separately charged by a customer’s bank, card issuer, or financial institution.

14.10. Usage Allowances

Paid plans may include daily, monthly, billing-period, generation, storage, message, upload, or other usage allowances.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Usage allowances apply only to the account for which they were purchased.
• Allowances cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• Unused allowances do not roll over into a future period.
• Allowances may reset according to the applicable plan or billing cycle.
• Attempts to bypass, automate around, manipulate, or circumvent usage restrictions are prohibited.

Exact current allowances will be displayed on our Pricing page or within the relevant paid feature.

14.11. Changes to Paid Plans

We may change the features, usage allowances, or pricing of paid plans from time to time.

Changes affecting new purchases may apply when published.

Where a material price change affects an existing recurring subscription, we will provide any notice or obtain any authorization required by the applicable payment provider or applicable law before the changed recurring price takes effect.

14.12. Mobile Application Purchases

Purchases made through the Unlimited AI mobile application may be processed by Google Play or another applicable app marketplace.

App-store purchases may be subject to the marketplace’s separate payment, subscription, cancellation, and refund terms.

Customers may need to manage or cancel app-store subscriptions through the applicable marketplace rather than through the Unlimited AI website.

15. Advertising and Monetization

Unlimited AI may support the Service through advertisements, subscriptions, premium features, remove-ads options, affiliate links, or other monetization methods.

Our website and mobile application may use advertising services such as Google AdSense, Google AdMob, or other third-party ad networks if advertising is enabled.

Advertising partners may collect or process certain information according to their own policies and applicable law.

We do not use chat prompts, AI-generated responses, uploaded images, or voice input content for advertising targeting.

If advertising is not active, advertising-related provisions apply only to features that may be enabled in the future.

16. Third-Party Services

The Service may use or link to third-party services, including AI providers, authentication and social-login providers, hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, app stores, payment processors, Merchants of Record, billing providers, email providers, security services, and external websites.

Payment providers and Merchants of Record may have separate terms, privacy policies, payment rules, fraud-prevention procedures, and customer requirements that apply when you complete a purchase.

If you choose to use Sign in with Google or another third-party authentication method, authentication may be handled by that provider and may be subject to that provider’s own terms, privacy policy, and account requirements.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, policies, security, accuracy, or practices.

Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies from those third parties.

17. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, layout, features, branding, software, text, graphics, logos, and original content, is owned by or licensed to Unlimited AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, rent, license, publicly display, or create derivative works from our Service or original content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law or these Terms.

Third-party names, trademarks, logos, product names, and brand names mentioned on the Service belong to their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or approval.

18. Copyright and DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may send a copyright complaint to:

Please include:

• Your name and contact information
• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• The URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing content
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner
• Your electronic or physical signature

We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content and may terminate or restrict users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

You may be responsible for damages, costs, or legal fees if you knowingly submit a false or bad-faith copyright complaint.

19. Feedback

You may send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests.

By submitting feedback, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you. We may use feedback to improve, modify, develop, or promote the Service.

Do not submit confidential or proprietary information as feedback.

20. Availability and Changes to the Service

We may update, modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without notice.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, accurate, fast, or error-free.

We may restrict access to the Service for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, technical issues, or business reasons.

We do not guarantee permanent availability of saved conversations, generated images, generated music, generated videos, account-history features, or other stored User Content.

Generated media may become unavailable because of storage limits, deletion, provider availability, technical errors, account deletion, service changes, or other operational reasons.

Users should keep independent copies of generated media they wish to retain.

Temporary downtime, maintenance, third-party provider interruptions, or individual AI-generation failures do not automatically create a right to a refund. Refund eligibility for paid services is determined under our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable law.

Where a metered paid feature fails because of a verified technical error, we may restore the applicable usage allowance, generation credit, or provide another appropriate remedy.

21. Termination and Enforcement

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, our policies, third-party provider rules, platform rules, or applicable law.

We may also remove content, disable public links, block requests, limit features, or refuse service where necessary to protect the Service, users, third parties, or our legal interests.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If account deletion is available, you may also permanently delete your account through the account-management controls.

Deleting your account may permanently remove saved conversations, saved generated images, and other account-associated information from the active Service, subject to limited information that may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy or as required by law.

If an account with a paid subscription is suspended or terminated, we may also restrict access to paid features or cancel the associated subscription where reasonably necessary.

Refund eligibility following suspension or termination is governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, applicable payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.

Accounts terminated for fraud, payment abuse, intentional circumvention of usage restrictions, or serious violations of these Terms may not be eligible for a refund except where required by law.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, prohibited uses, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute-related provisions.

22. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and uninterrupted operation.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will meet your expectations
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, safe, lawful, or suitable
• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The Service or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
• Third-party providers will always be available
• Saved conversation history will always remain available
• Saved generated images will remain available indefinitely
• Account-history features will operate without interruption
• Deleted content or deleted accounts can be recovered

Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unlimited AI and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or other intangible losses.

This includes, to the extent permitted by applicable law, loss or unavailability of saved chats, generated images, account history, or other User Content.

This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

24. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Unlimited AI and its owners, operators, employees, contractors, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from:

• Your use or misuse of the Service
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your infringement of any rights of another person or entity
• Your use of AI-generated content

25. No Professional Advice

The Service may provide general information or AI-generated assistance related to many topics. This content is not professional advice.

You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions involving legal, medical, financial, tax, safety, engineering, business, or other professional matters.

26. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we update these Terms, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Changes become effective when posted on this page.

Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

If a change materially affects an existing paid subscription, including a recurring price change, we will provide any additional notice or obtain any authorization required by applicable law or the applicable payment provider before that change takes effect for the subscription.
