Unlimited AI provides registered users with self-service options to delete certain data associated with their account. Users may also contact us to request deletion of personal information associated with their use of our website, mobile application, AI chatbot, AI image generator, AI music generator, AI video generator, image-analysis features, image-to-video features, voice-input features, shared content, subscriptions, or other Unlimited AI services.
Delete Data From Your Account
If you are signed in to an Unlimited AI account, you may be able to delete certain information directly from your account dashboard.

Available deletion controls may include:
- Delete an individual saved chat
- Delete all saved chats
- Delete an individual saved generated image
- Delete all saved generated images
- Delete an individual saved generated music item
- Delete saved generated music
- Delete an individual saved generated video
- Delete saved generated videos
- Permanently delete your Unlimited AI account
Saved Chat Deletion
When you delete an individual saved conversation or select Delete All Chats, the selected chat history associated with your account is removed from the active Unlimited AI conversation-history system.
Deleted conversations may no longer be recoverable.
Generated Image Deletion
Registered users may have up to their latest 20 generated images stored as part of their account history.
You may delete individual saved generated images or use the available image-history deletion controls from your account dashboard.
When a saved image is deleted, it is removed from the active image-history system together with its associated history record and stored file where applicable.
When the image-history limit is exceeded, older images may also be automatically removed as newer images are saved.
Generated Music Deletion
Registered users may have up to their latest 12 generated music items stored as part of their account history.
You may delete saved generated music using the available controls in your account dashboard.
When a saved music item is deleted:
- Its history record is removed from your active Unlimited AI account history
- A music file stored on infrastructure controlled by Unlimited AI may also be permanently deleted
- The deleted item may no longer be recoverable
When more than 12 music items are saved, the oldest saved music item may automatically be removed as a newer item is added.
Deleting generated music does not restore a music-generation allowance that has already been used.
Generated Video Deletion
Registered users may have up to their latest 12 generated videos stored as part of their account history.
You may delete saved generated videos using the available controls in your account dashboard.
When a saved video is deleted:
- Its history record is removed from your active Unlimited AI account history
- A video file stored on infrastructure controlled by Unlimited AI may also be permanently deleted
- The deleted item may no longer be recoverable
When more than 12 videos are saved, the oldest saved video may automatically be removed as a newer video is added.
Deleting a generated video does not restore a video-generation allowance that has already been used.
Third-Party AI Processing
Some AI features require information to be processed by third-party AI or infrastructure providers.
Depending on the feature used, this information may include:
- AI prompts
- Music style descriptions
- User-provided lyrics
- Video-generation instructions
- Images uploaded for image-to-video generation
- Generation settings
- Generated images, audio, or videos
- Technical generation identifiers
Deleting content from your Unlimited AI account removes it from our active account-history systems and, where applicable, storage controlled by Unlimited AI.
However, third-party service providers may maintain certain information independently according to their own retention policies, contractual obligations, security requirements, or applicable law.
Where a deletion request relates to information controlled independently by a third-party provider, additional action with that provider may be required.
Delete Your Account
Registered users may permanently delete their Unlimited AI account through the Delete Account option in their account dashboard.
Account deletion may permanently remove:
- Your Unlimited AI user account
- Saved chat history associated with your account
- Saved generated-image history
- Saved generated-music history
- Saved generated-video history
- Stored account preferences
- Other account-associated information stored as part of the active Service
Account deletion is intended to be permanent and may not be reversible.
Before deleting your account, download or save any chats, generated images, music, videos, or other content you wish to keep.
Active Paid Subscriptions
Deleting your Unlimited AI account may not automatically cancel an active recurring subscription unless the deletion process expressly confirms that cancellation has also occurred.
If you have an active paid subscription, you should cancel it through the applicable subscription-management or billing portal before permanently deleting your Unlimited AI account.
Certain transaction and subscription records may continue to be retained where reasonably necessary for payment processing, accounting, tax compliance, fraud prevention, refunds, chargebacks, dispute resolution, or legal requirements.

If you cannot access your account, cannot use the self-service deletion controls, or want to request deletion of other personal information, contact us at:

- Your account email address or username
- The specific data you want deleted
- The type of content involved, such as chat, image, music, or video
- Any public shared-chat link you want removed
- The platform you used, such as the Unlimited AI website or Android application
- Any other information that reasonably helps us identify the data associated with your request
Do not send passwords, payment-card numbers, or unnecessary sensitive information with a deletion request.
Data That May Be Eligible for Deletion
Depending on how you used Unlimited AI, deletion may apply to:
- Registered-user saved chat history
- Saved AI-generated images
- Saved AI-generated music
- Saved AI-generated videos
- Stored music-generation prompts or related information, where retained
- Stored video-generation prompts or related information, where retained
- Images uploaded for image-to-video generation, where retained
- Public shared-chat pages
- Uploaded images or image-analysis-related data, where stored
- Stored account preferences
- Support-request information
- Account information
- Subscription-related information, where deletion is legally and operationally permitted
- Other personal information associated with your use of the Service
Guest Chat Data
Users may use some Unlimited AI features without signing in.
Guest chat records are generally retained temporarily and may be automatically deleted after approximately 24 hours, according to our data-retention practices.
Because guest activity may not be connected to a registered account, we may not always be able to identify or retrieve specific anonymous or temporary guest data after it has been deleted or anonymized.
Generated Media Is Not Permanent Storage
Unlimited AI generated-media history is provided for convenience and should not be treated as permanent cloud storage or a backup service.
Current account-history limits may include:
- Latest 20 generated images
- Latest 12 generated music items
- Latest 12 generated videos
Older generated media may automatically be removed when these limits are exceeded.
If you want to keep generated images, music, or videos, you should download and maintain your own copies.
Data We May Retain
Deleting your account or requesting deletion does not necessarily require us to delete every record immediately where retention is reasonably necessary or legally required.
We may retain limited information where necessary for purposes such as:
- Legal or regulatory compliance
- Accounting and tax requirements
- Fraud prevention
- Security investigations
- Abuse prevention
- Resolving disputes
- Processing or documenting refunds
- Handling chargebacks or payment disputes
- Protecting users or the Service
- Enforcing our Terms & Conditions
- Maintaining necessary transaction or payment records
- Limited backup or technical recovery systems
Such information will be retained only where reasonably necessary for the applicable purpose.
Our payment provider may also maintain transaction, customer, subscription, tax, fraud-prevention, or payment records according to its own legal obligations and privacy practices.
Identity Verification
To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion requests, we may ask you to verify your identity or demonstrate that you control the account or email address associated with the request.
We will review valid deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period, subject to applicable legal requirements.
