We may receive limited transaction, order, subscription, and billing information necessary to provide paid access, manage subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud, and maintain transaction records.
Please do not submit sensitive, confidential, private, or personal information unless it is necessary for your use of the Service.
Chat Inputs and AI Responses
When you use our AI chatbot, we may process and store:

- Uploaded images: Images you upload for image analysis or AI-related features.
- AI-generated images: If you are signed in, we may store copies of images generated through the Unlimited AI Image Generator so they can appear in your account history.
- Image-generation information: We may store information associated with a generated image, such as the prompt, image dimensions or selected size, creation time, and an internal image identifier.
- Voice input: Audio captured through your microphone may be converted into text for voice input features.
- Shared content: If you use the share feature, selected chat content may be stored and made accessible through a public link.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, timestamps, diagnostic logs, crash logs, and device or app identifiers.
Generated-image history is available only for signed-in account users. Guest image generation does not create account-based image history.
We use this data to provide AI responses, process image analysis, support voice input, prevent abuse, detect security risks, troubleshoot technical issues, improve service reliability, and enforce our policies.
Chat prompts, AI responses, uploaded images, and related technical data may be temporarily processed by third-party AI providers or service providers when necessary to deliver the requested AI feature.
We do not use chat content for advertising targeting, and we do not sell chat content to advertisers.
AI Music Generation
When you use the AI Music Generator, we may process:
- Music-generation prompts
- Style or genre descriptions
- Whether you request vocals or instrumental music

- Instructions requesting automatically generated lyrics

- Generated audio files
- Generation status and internal task identifiers

Information necessary to generate the requested music may be transmitted to a third-party AI generation provider.
Generated music may be temporarily processed through third-party infrastructure before being returned to Unlimited AI.
For signed-in users, we may save generated music to your account history.
AI Video Generation
When you use the AI Video Generator, we may process:
- Video-generation prompts
- Requested generation settings
- Requested video duration
- Text-to-video instructions
- Images uploaded for image-to-video generation
- Generated video files
- Generation status and internal task identifiers

If you use image-to-video generation, the image you upload may be transmitted to a third-party AI generation provider as necessary to create the requested video.
Generated video files may also be temporarily processed through third-party infrastructure before being returned to Unlimited AI.
For signed-in users, we may save generated videos to your account history.
Do not upload private, confidential, sensitive, or personal images unless you are comfortable with the processing necessary to provide the requested generation feature.
Third-Party Processing of Generated Media
Unlimited AI relies on third-party AI and infrastructure providers to provide certain image, music, and video generation functionality.
Depending on the feature used, information transmitted to these providers may include:
- Prompts
- Lyrics
- Style instructions
- Generation settings
- Uploaded reference images
- Generated audio
- Generated video
- Technical request identifiers
These providers may process information on infrastructure located outside your country or region.

We recommend that users avoid submitting sensitive, confidential, private, or unnecessary personal information through AI-generation prompts or uploaded media.
5. How We Use Information

6. Data Storage and Retention
Chat inputs, AI-generated responses, generated images, account information, and related technical information may be processed and stored as necessary to provide the Service, maintain account features, support security, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
Guest Chat History
For users who are not signed in, saved chat records are generally retained for approximately 24 hours and are then automatically deleted. Certain security, abuse-prevention, diagnostic, or legal records may be retained for longer where reasonably necessary.
Registered User Chat History
When you are signed in to an Unlimited AI account, your conversations may be associated with your account and retained so that you can access your saved conversation history.
Registered-user conversation history is retained until you delete an individual conversation, delete all saved conversations, delete your account, or we remove the information where reasonably necessary for operation of the Service.
Generated Image History
For registered users, Unlimited AI may retain up to the latest 20 images generated through the supported AI Image Generator as part of the user’s account history.
When more than 20 images are saved, the oldest saved image may be automatically removed as a newer image is added.
Users can delete individual saved images or delete all saved images through their account dashboard.
Deleting a saved image removes it from the user’s account history and our active image-history storage, subject to limited temporary backups, security records, or information that we may be required to retain by law.
Generated Music History
For registered users, Unlimited AI may retain up to the latest 12 generated music items as part of the user’s account history.
When more than 12 music items are saved, the oldest saved music item may be automatically removed as a newer item is added.
Where the associated audio file is stored on infrastructure controlled by Unlimited AI, automatic or manual deletion may also permanently remove that file from our active storage.
Generated music history is not intended as permanent file storage. Users should download and maintain their own copies of music they wish to keep.
Generated Video History
For registered users, Unlimited AI may retain up to the latest 12 generated videos as part of the user’s account history.
When more than 12 videos are saved, the oldest saved video may be automatically removed as a newer video is added.
Where the associated video file is stored on infrastructure controlled by Unlimited AI, automatic or manual deletion may also permanently remove that file from our active storage.
Generated video history is not intended as permanent file storage. Users should download and maintain their own copies of videos they wish to keep.
Account Deletion
Registered users may use the Delete Account function in their account settings to request permanent deletion of their Unlimited AI account.
Account deletion removes the WordPress user account and associated saved Unlimited AI chat history, generated-image history, generated-music history, generated-video history, and other account-associated content from the active Service, subject to information that we may need to retain for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our agreements.
Payment and Subscription Records
When paid services are purchased, we may retain limited order, transaction, subscription, billing-status, refund, cancellation, and payment-support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the subscription, provide customer support, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, maintain accounting records, enforce our agreements, or comply with legal obligations.
Complete payment-card details are processed by the applicable payment provider and are not stored directly by Unlimited AI.
Deleting an Unlimited AI account may not automatically delete transaction records that we or our payment provider are required or reasonably permitted to retain for payment processing, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, chargeback handling, dispute resolution, security, or legal compliance.
Payment providers may maintain their own records according to their respective privacy policies and legal obligations.
7. Public Sharing
The Service may include a sharing feature that allows users to create public links to selected AI conversations or content.
Shared content may be accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for the content you choose to share.
Do not use the share feature to publish personal data, confidential information, illegal content, harmful content, hacking or cracking instructions, malware-related content, phishing content, copyright-infringing content, or content that violates our Terms of Use.
We may remove shared content if it violates our policies or applicable law.
8. AI Content Reports
When users report AI-generated content, we may collect the reported AI response or image, the user prompt or nearby chat context, selected report reason, optional details entered by the user, page URL, date/time, basic browser/device information, and a privacy-preserving visitor hash.
We use this information only to review reported AI-generated content, improve safety, prevent abuse, comply with platform policies, and respond to legal or security issues. We do not sell this report data.
Reports may be stored securely on our website/server and may be emailed to the site administrator for moderation review. Users can contact us to request deletion of report data where applicable.
9. Third-Party AI Providers and Service Providers
Unlimited AI may use third-party AI providers, hosting providers, authentication and social-login providers, analytics providers, security tools, email service providers, payment processors, Merchants of Record, billing providers, app store services, and other service providers to operate the Service.
If you choose to sign in using a third-party authentication service, such as Google, that provider may process information according to its own privacy policy. We may receive limited account information necessary to authenticate you and connect the login to your Unlimited AI account.
If you purchase a paid service through our website, an authorized third-party payment provider or Merchant of Record may process information necessary to complete and manage the transaction. This may include your name, email address, billing information, billing country or region, payment method information, transaction details, subscription information, tax information, fraud-prevention signals, refund information, and payment-dispute information.
These providers may process payments, manage recurring billing, calculate or collect applicable taxes, prevent fraud, issue receipts, process refunds, handle chargebacks, and provide billing or subscription-management services according to their own terms and privacy policies.
These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to us, such as generating AI responses, hosting the website, processing app subscriptions, detecting abuse, analyzing performance, or resolving technical issues.
Third-party AI providers may process user inputs and outputs according to their own terms and privacy practices. We recommend avoiding personal, sensitive, or confidential information in AI prompts.
Third-party AI providers used for image, music, or video generation may receive the prompts, lyrics, uploaded reference images, generation settings, or other information necessary to fulfill the user’s generation request.
Generated media may temporarily remain available through a third-party provider while the Service retrieves, processes, or stores the result.
Unlimited AI does not control a third-party provider’s independent retention obligations or processing practices except to the extent governed by our agreements with that provider.
10. Advertising and Monetization
Unlimited AI may support the Service through advertisements, subscriptions, premium features, remove-ads options, or other monetization methods.
Our website and mobile application may use advertising services such as Google AdSense, Google AdMob, or other third-party ad networks if advertising is enabled.
Advertising partners may collect and process certain information such as cookies, mobile advertising identifiers, device identifiers, IP address, browser information, app activity, usage data, diagnostics, crash logs, and similar technologies to provide, measure, personalize, and improve advertisements.
Ads may be personalized or non-personalized depending on your device settings, consent choices, advertising preferences, and applicable law.
We do not use chat prompts, AI-generated responses, uploaded images, or voice input content for advertising targeting.
If Google AdSense, Google AdMob, or another advertising service is not active, this section applies only to advertising features that may be enabled in the future.

11. Optional Subscriptions and Payments
Unlimited AI may offer optional paid subscriptions, premium features, higher usage allowances, advanced AI features, ad-free access, or other paid digital services through our website or mobile applications.
Website Subscriptions
Purchases made through the Unlimited AI website may be processed by an authorized third-party payment processor or Merchant of Record.
The payment provider may collect and process information necessary to complete and manage a transaction, including:

- Email address
- Billing address, country, or region

- Order and transaction information
- Subscription plan and subscription status

Unlimited AI does not directly collect or store complete credit or debit card numbers or card security codes when payments are processed by an external payment provider.

We use this information to activate and manage paid features, verify subscription status, apply account usage allowances, provide billing support, prevent fraud, and resolve payment-related issues.
Website subscriptions may automatically renew according to the billing frequency and terms displayed before purchase. Customers may be provided with a billing or customer portal through which they can manage billing information, view purchases, or manage or cancel subscriptions.

Mobile Application Purchases
Purchases made through the Unlimited AI mobile application may be processed by Google Play or another applicable app marketplace.
